A natural way to give your body the comfort it deserves, these packs can be used cold from the freezer to soothe. Alternatively, it can be used as heat pack. A natural way to soothe your neck and shoulders. Perfect for sore and stiff neck and shoulders after office work or repetitive work positions. The best thing is this little rainbow shape heat pack will stay on your shoulder even when you are actively moving. Use it for any part of your body or simply just warm yourself.

Heat pack: Simply put the heat pack evenly on a clean plate and heat it in microwave.

700-900w 90secs.
900-1000w 60secs.
Then 15secs increments until the desired heat is reached.
Max up to 120secs.

Cold pack: put in zip lock bag and freeze it.
