These stunning handmade wheat bags are filled with wheat locally sourced from WA Wheat growers and enclosed inside 100% Cotton.

A natural way to give your body the comfort it deserves, these packs can be used cold from the freezer to soothe. Alternatively, it can be used as heat pack. This un-sectional heat pack offers flexibility and also just the right size for multi purpose use or even for traveling. Use it for any part of your body or simply just warm yourself.

Heat pack: Simply put the heat pack evenly on a clean plate and heat it in microwave.

700-900w 90secs.
900-1000w 60secs.
Then 15secs increments until the desired heat is reached.
Max up to 120secs.

Cold pack: put in zip lock bag and freeze it.
