A sweet floral blend with chamomile and rose. Designed to open and nourish the Heart Qi, our Happy Tea is based n a traditional formula traditionally used to ‘return lost souls’.
A little bit like herbal chocolate, this blend is especially good for new mums, menopausal ladies, those with a busy mind that’s hard to shut off and anyone experiencing anxiety.
Ingredients:
Chamomile, rose petals, licorice, unripened wheat (Fu Xiao Mai), chinese dates
100% organic
Instructions:
Place 1-2tspns in a teapot or strainer. Pour in boiling water. Let brew for 1-3 minutes. Flavour will vary depending on strength. You can enjoy 1 cup in isolation or keep pouring boiling water over your tea all day and drink as a supplement to your water.
